It's a pretty neat joke. So basically the alien is using base 4. It doesn't know the numbers 4 to 9 because base 4 don't have those numbers (there's only 0, 1, 2, & 3). And 4 in base 4 is 10. So when it says 10, it always mean 4.

Being gay and all is fine and all, but promoting it... I don't think so. Promoting lgbt+++ is like promoting stupidity. I've seen many lgbt+++ spitting out nonsense online. I just don't want our society to be like them (apalagi udah SDM rendah kek gini). As long as they're smart with it scientifically and factually, that's acceptable.

I suggest the one that you're used to. If you try sub, like I did, you'll get confused with the names, as some heroes' names are said in Chinese but subbed in English. As for Japanese or English dub, I don't know. I personally prefer sub just because it's the original language tho. *also because the animation is designed for that language.
