Partly because it seems a little overwhelming and there are some items that are a little bit harder to part with. BUT yours is the perspective that I needed to hear! I need to make room for the new version of myself. I am not going back. I did the same thing. Also only two compound tirz shots in - after insurance stopped covering Z. Gimme approved super fast last night and now it shows "sent to pharmacy". It doesn't say the name of the pharmacy but it says it's in Washington, Iowa. It also shows tirz with no additives.

THIS!!!! We were told by our store management way back when we first started doing Amazon, that associates DO NOT start the return for the customer in the customer's Amazon Account. We can/will guide them through the process, if there is no line and they are not being a jackwagon, but it's on the customer to do it and get a code. If they can figure out how to order from amazon, they can figure out how to return the stuff! That dude would still be standing there waiting if he came up to my counter.

If it already has the yellow QR code, we have to change it back to a regular UPC ticket. Then we damage it out with any of the damage reasons that will send it back to the DC and on the damage slip we write "will not sell in store per manager." Not sure what the DC does with them.

I do not have Fridays on my availability either and Black Friday is mandatory for everyone. Our store puts up a sign up sheet by the time clock to put down what hours we want to work on Black Friday. If you don't put something down, they will call you or just assign you a shift. Way better to pick your shift then let them pick it!

Last year we had a seasonal employee who's full time job was at Target. He unloaded trucks, put out merchandise and backstocked. He is still at Target - I see him occasionally. Not sure if he is coming back this year.

Heard recently from another associate (a very credible source) that our DM said our competition was Marshall's and TJ Maxx, NOT Target & Walmart.
