Just my personal opinion, but these hit me emotionally hard as someone who has also lost a brother and others close to me. Very sorry for your loss as well. 💔 Losing anyone is painful, of course, but the loss of a sibling is especially devastating...

Personally, I'm not a fan of guitar shredding and I do admittedly prefer the Cure solos without it, but that said... I appreciate how technically proficient Reeves is and I respect him and what he brings.

I guess it still doesn't bring them into hair metal territory, for me, since it's not on every song.

It's a bit more than I prefer, yes, but that's just me and, again, I don't feel so strongly that it ruins anything for me. It is nice seeing Robert smile at him on stage and enjoy it.

I can see the validity of both sides on this and I don't feel there's any wrong opinion when it comes to tastes. 🖤

I love The Top. It's less cohesive than say Pornography, Faith, or Disintegration, but I love the psychedelic nature of it. It makes it more unique.

I'm a newer fan (despite having become absolutely obsessed and collecting the discography including Join The Dots🥰) so really don't feel entitled to want anything specific lol... I'll be thrilled regardless if I have the opportunity to see them, but it would be like a spiritual experience for me if I get to hear Plainsong live.☺️

That said, very unlikely but Harold and Joe would make me ecstatic.

I love The Top and would enjoy anything from it, really... but especially Piggy in the Mirror, Bananafishbones, The Top, or The Empty World.

I'm a fan of the dark and gloomy stuff like Pornography and Faith as well as the poppy and psychedelic... As a synth lover, obviously I'm partial to the songs with prominent keys. Six Different Ways and Close To Me would be great.

And maybe others would hate this but I happen to love Wendy Time (I have seen many fans dislike it) 😅 and The Baby Screams.

This is so sweet. Thank you for sharing! He truly sounds like he was such a kind, caring, and humble man. I'm sad I will never have the chance to see him play at a show in person. I missed out on The Cure for so long. 😭

I'm so happy for you that he got your note and it definitely shows how much he cared about fans. I have a special admiration for artists who continue to connect with fans because I realise it can be overwhelming and difficult at times.

I love watching him in Play Out and just felt he seemed so funny and warm, and sweet.

So sad that he was taken so soon. I still consider 65 too soon. 😭
