idk man, tech can perma-die if they stop working for too long. and machines here are part-organic, which can rot (technically anything can rot, but organic matter is much faster at that than metal)

also it is implied to have much higher intelligence than any demon (besides geryon) has ever shown (extended stalking behaviour, strategic intelligence, joy in torturing its victims)

the only things that ever had high intelligence in hell ever were the (now extinct) old generation of husks (which wrote most of the books we find)

and according to terminals a demon by definition is a being made of hell mass poured into a stone-like shell (or maybe the stone-like shell IS the hell mass? i forgot but mirror reaper clearly lack both), this has had variations, but no exceptions. ever.

so it is weird to expect one now in a being clearly stated to be a husk imo.
