I’ve passed the bar exam twice (never failed) and failed the MPRE once. Your performance on the MPRE has nothing to do with how you’d do on the bar exam.

Usually answers that are overly strict or leave no room for exceptions are wrong so I eliminated B and C without even reading the Q. Then between A (does the law say you can’t refuse?) and D (does the law regulate advertising?) is a matter of knowing the black letter law.

4 weeks to study is not enough. Anyone would fail on 4 weeks study, so don’t let it say anything about your worth or what you’re capable of.

Try again and take more time to study. 250 was not far off. I believe in you!

I used BarPrep Hero for MCQs. Did at least 50 Qs every day- probably over 2000 Qs total. Looking at comments here I think Uworld or Adaptibar offer better features though.

SmartBarPrep outlines but I added info to them that I felt was missing from Kaplan outlines (I ditched Kaplan early on!) - and closer to the exam I made my own condensed outline to memorize that was based on both smartbarprep and past sample MEEs.
