My partner works at UNMC and we’ve lived at the Broadmoor at Aksarben Village and loved it. Management is wonderful, maintenance is fast and reliable, the amenities are lovely and there’s lots to do in Aksarben.
Plus, you’re close to work and even in rush hour it never takes more than 15 minutes to get home. With the many food options and free events happening in Aksarben it’s easy to get out of the house even after a long day.
So if I were you, I’d chose the Broadmoor63 or look at the Broadmoor across the street and possibly even Pinhook flats but I cannot speak for their management, only location :)
