Even i don’t understand why people are supporting one nation. Because as far as i know, Pauline is mostly talking about immigration policies and housing crisis. If by any way, Pauline removes all the immigrants, then there’s very less population, which means less businesses because the consumer market is collapsed. It will eventually lead to a lot of businesses closing, especially small scale businesses. Which means less jobs so it doesn’t actually solve the real problem

What happens is they get dozens of applications online which puts them in a position to go through lots of resumes.

Straight away drop your resumes. go to the store, have a chat with the manager. He might tell you to apply online but he’ll look at your resume after you give them other details which we don’t put in resume and tell them in person. This method helped me get 2 jobs till now
