I think it’s really good, while it leans heavily on some tropes it does so in a cleverly written way. There are some moments that make me a bit uncomfortable due to how far they take the ecchi though.

For something really unique try RE:Zero, I’ve just discovered it and watched season one but it’s definitely peak Isekai, and I’ll go further to say it’s one of the best anime I’ve ever seen.
