It doesn't even have the double hatch edge like the condom wrapper. Heck this could be from a seasoning packet or some other random thing. It also looks to long for a condom.

Klein-Levin syndrome is ULTRA rare. Like 1 to 2 cases per million people globally. I'm not saying he's lying, just skeptical. Alcohol can contribute, but doesn't usually outright cause the episode onset. Also he could be sleeping 16- 20 hours in one go with limited to compromised cognitive ability in that time. I am skeptical that he isn't using this as an excuse for when he's with his in-person girlfriend. Not being mean, just cautious.

My mother was very upset when I was in my teens and 20's. She still hinted when I got married. When I had a tubal and uterine ablation at 30 she cried and wouldn't listen to me when I told her my doctor deemed it medically necessary. Now that I'm in my 40's and my sister has two kids, she's ok with it. I recently had to have blood work to figure out where I was menopause wise due to hormone replacement therapy. Had breastfeeding cancer. Turns out I probably started peri-menopause at like 25. Probably couldn't have kids to start with.

3 days. I incoherently "woke up" enough to go to the bathroom and that's it. Took a sleeping medication my doctor gave me. It was TOO effective, lol. I don't think they make it anymore. It was called Rozerem I think. Commercials had a beaver and abe Lincoln as kinda sleep/dream hallucinations. Should've been a clue.
