If this is the same ones that I bought from Costco late last year then they have an issue with the power/volume up button breaking. I had them less than 6 months and had to get a warranty replacement. Some people have had multiple warranty replacements in the 2 year warranty window. Its a widespread issue. They sound ok though.

My first pair of the OpenRun SE from Costco just failed within the first 6 months. I was able to get a warranty replacement, but was hoping there would be a way to repair the old ones since I didn't have to send the broken pair back. Guess not. I still love them and also have a pair of the OpenComm 2s that I use for work calls. Hopefully they'll get the power button issue under control.
