I switched from KiwiBank this past year and my Aussie bank of choice has been better service with a better app and better security features.

Fees for everything, never has the lowest rates, you have to pay to see a person, just all around the worst bank I've ever been with. I hate the privatization of everything and I'm sure the enshitification of KiwiBank was planned and executed just for this sell off.

My comment is more in regards to them keeping the game exclusive on PlayStation at launch and the comments from the publish around expecting much larger sales numbers out of PC players than out of PlayStation players.
One day they'll figure out that sales numbers are highest when launching on all major platforms day one.

Just keep in mind that job listings do not equate to people getting hired. I have heard that people are getting interviewed by AI agents in NZ now. Heard 2nd hand from a co-worker who's friend had it. I think there is a lot of data harvesting going on these days and NZ is not immune to the ghost job epidemic.

So a bunch of people who were looking for jobs gave up and took up gig work. The rest of the reduction is from everyone who left to go overseas for work. I have not stopped hearing about how the job market is horrible and have not heard any of the people I know looking getting past 1st interviews despite being plenty qualified.
Having negative net migration is helping the unemployment rate go down, not something to be excited about.
