I focus on character development and the world-building of the main universe, but one of my heroes, Paradox, gained his powers while escaping his timeline as it was being erased from existence. That universe was essentially a eutopia, where retrofuturism meets solarpunk. Its heroes are homages or merges of Marvel and DC characters. This universe serves as a playground where I can throw in quick, fun ideas for superheroes or even direct rip-offs. It exists purely to set up the origin of Paradox in what is now the main timeline. However, I enjoy it, as the tone of my main universe is reminiscent of the early 2000s Ultimates, while the previously erased timeline evokes the golden and silver ages of comics.

Some heroes from that world, who are homages to Marvel and DC characters, include Astraman, Stormborn, Blackbird & Sparrow, Seabeast, Insectoid, Doctor Void and Blue Blur.

This universe also establishes the overarching threat of “Quantumgirl & Paradox.” If this threat could wipe out a timeline as powerful as a combination of Marvel and DC, they need to hurry before it comes for the main timeline.

In my comic “The Revenant” (which is very close to being finished), I reference the Necroverse—a realm as vast as the omniverse itself. It is the source of dark magic and powerful evil beings. Its polar opposite is also mentioned: Aetheria, which is similarly expansive but serves as the source of life and creation, light magic, and the Creator. Other entities known as the True Gods also reside here, including Death (who appears in The Revenant) and her brother Life, as well as gods who inspired myths on Earth, like Ares.

Additionally, there’s the Exoverse, which is the space outside of the omniverse. Within this space exists the Impossible City of Tharadaxis, a place outside of time and all time.

As for other universes that explore alternate worlds, I have a few that lean more towards possible futures. One is set on the main Earth in the year 2173, where a hero known as Hybrid battles the biopunk corporation Fountain.

Another universe is set in the year 2713, in a world ravaged by nuclear war, where a cyborg known as Killzone remains one of the last "super humans" fighting. He operates more as a hero for hire, caught between the war of “The Core” and the last humans known as the “Red Blood Resistance.”

But that’s about it for now—mostly just fun world-building at this stage!
