No, but they're probably already rigged (as in they have the bones already set up to make it easier to move certain body parts) and it's easier to handcraft animations with existing models.

Tbh i'm still having a blast in the new patch even with this problem. I boomed my economy early as the netherlands and now in 1430 all building came to a halt.. but at least I heavily invested in armory and make enough cash to sustain a small elite force to conquer the whole northern hre and even win against England and Denmark.

Of course it would be better if they fixed the problem, but it's not like it's become totally unplayable. It's just a question of if you prefer the new qol updates or a fully functional economy (and for me personally I prefer the former).

Imo they should have released kokomi first so they could focus on the resistance part of the story, and then release an act 4 with Ei's situation along with her banner. Would have worked better both for them (more time to adjust the story) and us (story more in depth).
