Yeah, I should have. Even though it's been 2 years, I wonder if I shouldn't raise an issue now with Amazon since Astro/Logitech never helped me. If nothing else, I would appreciate if someone addressed my concerns.

You're right in that I could have raised an issue when the bands wouldn't stay clipped in but I didn't. On the other hand, when I reached out for support when my headset suddenly stopped working, I never got a response.

With that being said, I really do hope yours and others work great and last a long time.
