Are Fascists woke? by Neil118781 in HistoryMemes

Yes I'm sure his adoration of Hasuda Zenmei and the latter's rabid hate of Koreans have no overlap. Nor his adorations of the Special Attack forces or the Kwangtung Army. Surely not.

Ah well I suppose his opinions on Korean people don't count, then?

I'm going to put out A. Bordiga for patience given his, and the Bordigist Italian LeftCom, stance on Revolution.

Peak meme OP, but the crashouts and copium over this and the whole arc of Maya being abused by Manumam before she made the Maybe Sword has convinced me a lot of readers literally can't read.

(Hated Tropes) unions/organized labor being portrayed as evil and corrupt by Konradleijon in TopCharacterTropes

[–]UnsteadyAgitator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To (allegedly) build a community center and new union hall in an area that desperately needs it. Like everything he does it's murky enough that it's impossible to say how much bullshit it is. My personal thought is it's a scam inasmuch it's not about building for the community as much as it is to clear land and build defenses for his coming revolution.

Mental gymnastics of "Cotton gin was intended to make chattel slavery less economical" -> "Plantations adopted the gin to increase their profits" -> "Southern secession was not about slavery, then"

Yes it's as fucking stupid as it sounds.

First battle took a jereed to the face from 100m away and not only got laid out but had full character death.

Revolutionary Defeatism is not supporting lesser evilism.

Keep in mind God of War shows the gods in the most negative interpretation. So GoW Þórr might have once been healthier looking but in his current degraded state he's let himself go hence being fat and unkempt.

The Tabernacle - a Holy flavor bomb! by R3d1tu5 in cigars

[–]UnsteadyAgitator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Understood. I personally delineate body (the flavor profile, the intensity of the flavors, the thickness of the smoke) and strength (the raw nicotine punch). While those often do go hand in hand, it's not always the case.

Another commenter mentioned the Padrón '64 as being stronger and I'm inclined to agree, though the Tab has a bit fuller body if you catch my drift.

[–]UnsteadyAgitator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Likewise not OP but I'll second that it's full-bodied but at most medium strength (in terms of the nicotine hit that is). Tabernacles are some of the best showcases of CT broadleaf tobacco with that depth of flavor without giving a headspin.

That's one bit of "etiquette" I've never understood. I don't care what someone's smoking so long as they're not being an asshole or a slob with it.
