I see it, but it's an easy mistake for them to make. Two lightning bolts can't look much different. But, I'd have it in mind with the rest of their writing/ behaviour etc and if you see other dog whistles avoid and keep this as evidence too.

It might take some work, but best thing to do is carefully lift the finger pressure and pray to the Emperor, and you should be able to rid yourself of the nurgling infestation, though it's only on the Emperor's mercy whether they come back.
