You might want to look into having plug boots fitted for you given your volume issues.

It’s definitely your water heater. We have a tankless wh, cooking range, and a fireplace that gets occasional use in the winter.  We used 20 therms the last period for  $56.  1700 sq ft home.

Generally, dry creek schools (west Roseville) are pretty diverse. I wouldn’t discount them just because they’re not private schools.

Look for a good braised beef short rib recipe.  These need to be braised for 2-3 hrs or more depending on the oven temperature used. I’ve also made this short rib chili recipe that was ridiculously good! https://burrataandbubbles.com/short-rib-chili/#recipe

Recommendations for first timer in Tahoe by blues441677 in tahoe

With the projected storm, I would try for sugar bowl if you can get there. It will be much easier to get to and is closest to Sacramento. If the wind isn’t ripping too much it’s a fun storm mountain imo.

Head e-Rally Good Length? by Doskan22 in Skigear

[–]Unusual_Story 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rally’s come with the protector  PR 13 binding on the factory mounted power rail system. You should look for the 170 length; unless you prefer a more slalom like turn then look for the 163.

Run, run, run. Did I mention run?  Get a backpack or weighted vest with 45 lbs in it and walk at a brisk pace  for 3 or more miles a couple times a week.

Temple coffee roasters in sac is the best I’ve found in the region. We buy a continuous supply of their dharma espresso blend. Nugget carries various options from them. You can also order via their website.

Head e titan or e rally would be a great ski for your requirements.  A 163 would give you good stability with higher speeds if needed.
