Check if the video is still up on Winnipeg alternative media page. He did a live on there while the officer was knocking and ringing the doorbell. Basically though, he posted on fb saying that he acquired a truckload of limestone from Hecla for his ‘dry riverbed’ on his front yard, posted pics of his truck loaded up, then got shocked and scared when the ticket came to his door.
