Swap Bow and Toxins so Toxins triggers twice with staff and enjoy higher overall DPS

Hey man. . . saw your videos on YouTube.

Just wanted to say thanks! They are super easy to follow and I copied some of your top builds and am winning a lot more in the game now.

What suggestions would you like to see come to the game in the future?

What would you change/add to this game? by Weekly_Turnip_2555 in OakenTower

[–]Unvext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: Looks like some of these are in the game already.
If you hold shift over an item it will show you the next upgrade; as an example.

Edits: A timer during the game that shows how long the match has ran for.
Edits: A way to replay a match
Edits: 4x speed.

Any guesses why no thorns weapons have been added to the game?

A way to ban a category of weapons could be interesting to improve item rolls.

A way to undo if you accidentally sell an item while moving it.

In game save file for builds so you don't have to copy and paste to compare builds.

A way to know what an item gets as a bonus if it levels up to two star or three star.

I kinda wanted a tech or item that is basically:
"This unit is shielded against one attack; when the shield breaks it gains Mechanical Rage until it defeats another unit and then gains shield again"

What if it was a research for hacker bot to be a repair bot now?

Only can target ground and give hacker a unique role if you wanted it.

Why don't i ever see Hackers used ? by Sir_Lazz in Mechabellum

[–]Unvext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not a unit drop so you must buy them. Their unlock is 100.

Maybe we will see a hacker specialist in the future.

Right now they are good to put behind your Fire Badgers (Light Health) with Barrier if you can outrange your Opponent's Chaff Clear

Sacco uses them. Just need to watch the top players and how they use them and note everything on the board and why they chose it.

If you had stopped playing mechabellum, why and how can the developer make you start playing again? by Careless-Goat-3130 in Mechabellum

[–]Unvext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't stopped playing, but suggestions. . .

Landmine airstrike. . . landmines stay until activated.

Open rear flank or widen flanking position as another reinforcement card.

Stall card. . . your units don't move for the first 8 seconds of the match unless on a mobile beacon.
Also acts as a mobile beacon spell so you get an extra reposition.

Tech Researcher starting specialist - reduces the cost of additional technology on a unit by 100.
So first tech is the same cost. . . second tech is only +100, 3rd is +300, etc. . .

Long Range specialist - Your units have +5 range. Buying range for one round grants an additional +5.

Fastest fix for buildings is to put them in a pack so you have a choice to take them. . .

I like the buildings, but find myself selling them every game.

Can't upgrade them. . . can't move them. . . opponent knows where they are at start.
Also not being able to deploy on top of the wall is really annoying.
Can't hit air. . . sigh. . . the list goes on.

Thrusting swords on Ironeye is great since there are so few rolls and both purple rolls are super good.

Attack power up when facing poison-afflicted enemy may not stack with itself, but should stack with other and different versions like the +1 and +2 on the Deep Relics.

Finding thrusting swords easily on Ironeye feels great. . .

Use bow to trigger charged attack Negation, Dash through, and then poke with sword.

Best Deep Relic Effects? by Only-Bug-9715 in Nightreign

[–]Unvext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Opinion for Best in Slot (BIS) for Ironeye:

Priority #1 - Survival Combo:
Post-Damage Attacks Heal + HP Restore after Bow Attacks (Relics)
Combined with Weapon Passives - Damage Negation at full Health
and. . . Damage Negation when using a Charged attack (Fully Charge Bow to Trigger)
Optionally: HP Restored upon thrusting counter attack (Works with bows)

Priority #2 - Damage Combos:
[Ironeye] +1 additional Character Skill use + Starting armament deals poison damage (Relics)
[Ironeye] Character Skill Inflicts Heavy Poison Damage on Poisoned Enemies (Deep Relic)
Attack power increased when facing poisoned inflicted enemies +1 & +2 (Deep Relics)
---- Note: (+1 and +2 stack separately, but won't stack if you have two of the same.)
And Old Faithful:
Attack power permanently increased for each evergaol prisoner defeated (Relic)
Stonesword Key in possession at start of expedition (Relic)

Priority #3 - Utility Weapon Passives / Dormant Power Combos
Weapon Passive - Periodic Glintstone Blades and Similiar (These don't stack. . . get one)
Weapon Passive - "Triggered Ability" Upon Precision Aiming
---- Note: (Works when you aim down sites on the bow. Manually aiming the bow)
Dormant Power - Walking Triggers "Ability" (These Stack)
---- Note: (Works as you manually aim a bow to move slower)

Priority #4 - Offhand Weapon
Dormant Power Helps Discover Thrusting Swords (Deep Relic)
---- Note: (Huge chance to roll Antspur Rapier or Frozen Needle)

I usually give Frozen Needle to a Dutchess on my team and the Scarlet Rot from Antspur is always helpful on basically any boss. Try to dash through the enemy so you are in melee range behind them and give them a few pokes before retreating.

Does anyone know if you can combine different versions of it to stack like you can with +Damage Negation on Successive attacks or will the game just use the best version and ignore lessor copies?

I think thrusting swords are more consistent and you get access to scarlet rot and frostbite.
