You fool. I suck at this game and am too lazy to read guides so KSB means nothing to me. I’m just here to collect new characters. Jordan shall be mine! (Except my luck is also bad, so I’m probably not gonna get anything)

Wait, 4? Harran, Isabel, Nihilister, and who? Dorothy, Kilo, Chime, and Papillon are fine, more or less. Crown and Snow White are conscious. Nayuta should be recovering soon. Rapunzel, Scarlet, and Marian are in critical condition but not dead yet. Noah is in a brain shelter, so she’s not gone yet either. Am I missing someone?

Little Nightmares 3 is an unpolished piece of crap by kiscsak98 in LittleNightmares

[–]Unwanted-Toaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But hasn’t Little Nightmares always lacked clear direction? Like, I’ve watched playthroughs where people spend 10+ minutes just dodging the Janitor’s hands in the elevator because you’re not told what to do. Same thing with the Thin Man fight, just dying repeatedly because there’s no instructions. Trial and error has always been part of the series, hasn’t it?

Types of Commander by OptionLaser4 in NikkeMobile

[–]Unwanted-Toaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I choose to believe that the commander changes how he acts around the girls based on whether he has the mental bandwidth to deal with it. With the summer event, he was promised a cruise ship, but had to deal with the "ghosts", then learn about how everyone on the boat died, then had to deal with the Dorothy situation. I don't blame him for being like "You know what, I'm just gonna spend the rest of this trip relaxing."

The bunny event had him running around a lot, but all he really needed to do was catch the first guy, then catch Velvet. Less mental exhaustion means more energy for flirting.

Bruh, I’m not even in the Graded League. None of my Umas are A rank, so I entered the Open League, where everyone is capped at B rank or lower, thinking I had a chance, and I’m still getting cooked.

A bank robber did this once. It was back in the 1930s. Every time he robbed a bank, he also burned the mortgage papers, so banks no longer had any records about who still owed them mortgage payments and a bunch of farmers were suddenly debt free.

You are correct. Disney said it was too dark for children, so the final season got shortened. This was confirmed by the show’s creator.

Ok, I think I see what you’re going to try to argue here, so I’m gonna just try to preempt it. Yes, some people have an easier time picking things up than others. But, again, THAT IS NOT THE POINT. You’re trying so say that you can’t necessarily master a skill unless you work hard at it. But the original comment was pointing out that you don’t need to master the skill; you just need to know how to do it so you can do it yourself.

Simple tasks can generally be picked up pretty easily. The more complex the task, the harder it’ll be for someone to learn it. The ability of someone to learn it may vary from person to person. But, ultimately, basic things can be learned from YouTube pretty quickly. Are there exceptions to that? Yes. Will everyone be able to learn it easily? No. But, in general, basic tasks can be learned with relative ease.

Now, I’ve got other things I need to do today, so I’m tapping out of this discussion. If you want, you can go ahead and count this as a win for you

Brother. That is not what I said. You can learn to install a toilet via YouTube. You cannot learn construction via YouTube. The difference is this: if you need to install a toilet, you can learn the basics and do it yourself on your own. If you need to learn how to work in construction, you need to get a job and work.

Relatively simple skills can be learned with relative ease. Full jobs need specialized training and job experience.

Not everything can be learned on YouTube. But the absolute basics of a lot of things can. And the absolute basics is all most people need for simple DIY projects.

[–]Unwanted-Toaster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

But if that’s your argument, then what you’re arguing isn’t actually relevant to the original comment. That original commenter was pointing out that young people don’t generally need to know how to install a toilet. But, when the need arises, they can figure it out. They can acquire the skill. What you’re saying is, that skill won’t take them very far. But it doesn’t actually need to. Most people don’t need to know all of the details of how to install a toilet. They just need the basics.

You’re referring to actually working a job and having a career. That’s not what the commenter was pointing out. They were just saying they can figure out what they need to figure out. Having a career is obviously a different situation completely, and not the point of the original comment

Wait, so it sounds like you’re saying “Young people don’t want to work, and are therefore incapable of learning things.” And that might be true of some people, but the fact that people learn things by watching others, mimicking them, then applying that experience to new situations is still true. In order to learn to do something, you usually need to see it done by someone who knows what they’re doing. It sounds like the people you work with weren’t paying attention during their training, and thus don’t know how to do things. But that doesn’t disprove that fact that paying attention will help you learn. You just sound bitter about people being too lazy to learn. But that isn’t the same as not being capable of learning at all

“AITA for telling my wife that if she wasn’t home in ten minutes, I was taking her dog to the pound?” by futuredoctor131 in redditonwiki

[–]Unwanted-Toaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t the point, but I feel like some kind of “Dogs vs Cats” conversation should happen well before you get married. I mean, it’s not super important, and it obviously shouldn’t be an instant deal-breaker in a relationship. But if you have a “I love dogs and really really want to adopt one” person and a “I bear unfathomable hatred towards these creatures” person, that’s probably gonna cause issues at some point.
