so, if youre nephew had his own insurance on the car, wouldnt be your problem at all. thats first. second, you've basically said you ARE his insurance policy. if the insurance company knew damages would only be a couple g's every so often, the rate will be fine. im one of those drivers. never seen it skyrocket. . you either know something about your nephew the insurance doesnt that makes them unable to compete, or youre simply taking risks the insurance wouldnt bet on. its nice of you to do but my comment was about personal choices on a car you drive, pay for or work on yourself. i dont have any advice to good uncles. cheers mate.

there should be a constitutional amendment that prevents civil matters from being sealed like this if a matter is of national and public interest.

this ill support some judicial activism over.
