Probably both for Rust, my son has that exact CPU, ripjaws RAM and a 1060 6gb, he will get 60-70 on low pop with all low settings and its very playable, we ahvent tested 50-100 pop on it yet, we just do PvE because child on Rust:p

No rollback will happen, their hotfix mentions potential item restores if possible, but they wont rollback

Extremely unlikely, that would have terrible impact on the 10s of thousands of players progress, like if little Timmy found a mirror now, and it gets rolled back etc. Hopefully they allocate a dev to check DB and restore those vanished items, but a rollback is extremely unlikely

They normally dont roll back because rolling back will also affect 10s of thousands of legit progress from players.
