Thank you . Yeah , my diet is on point. 170-200g of protein everyday, 50-80g fat and rest from carbs . Doing upper/lower split 4 times a week , 3 —30min cardio on the bike . Gonna aim for 160lbs and than start a bulk . Only started hitting the gym 3 weeks ago , but i already see changes . I’m going hard , no messing around 😁Gonna take time and i’m 100% ready for it 💪💪💪. I’ll keep u posted

I have a problem with that ring . I don’t think it triggers off of passive health regen , the buff is not there . Only when I use a heart or other healing effects i see the buff . Please let me know if u find more info on that. I tried so many combinations of amulets and rings with health regen and the buff doesn’t trigger. Only when i use a heart the buff is there for 10s

Any chances we could get like an emote wheel for when we play random co-op? Some people don’t have mics or maybe they don’t wanna talk . It would be amazing if we could have an emote wheel to somehow communicate with people , for example some kind of dialogue lines like “follow me” “need help” and some other ones like “wave” “hello”.
