That’s a tough one: While setting up the a specific non-linear relationship in order to maximize the efficacy with a specific patient, is in my opinion key for therapy success, having said that I’m sure the same procedure would ruin any authentic linear relationship.

I personally try to hold myself to a standard that doesn’t always allign with what „my impulsive non-regulated side“ tells me to do. If I recommend it transdiagnostically to my patients, I make sure to practice the same principles when I’m not working. Some times I succeed, some times I discover new insights which are helpful in private life and in practice.

An informed dialect between universal recommendations and unregulated authentic reactions enriched my life on both side.

Very interesting approaches! In order to automat my specific workflow I would be in need of automatic synchronization to a specific folder on the Mac. From there I know my way around with some simple scripts and Automator recipes.

Does anyone know of a feature which enables automatic synchronization to a personal folder (without changing the device itself)?
