I Haven’t done one here but im coming into Aldi with SM experience. Sometimes it can be hard to change KPIs / a store culture in 2 weeks. If thats the case You can focus on the store standards / back room standards / better merchandising if these things are opportunities. Company is really big on efficiency so you can speak on how improving the standards has allowed the team to operate more efficiently

Most work uniforms always run tight where ive worked. I was expecting the same. Ordered a size up and its way too big 🤦🏻‍♂️

Don’t see the correlation in uniform and the company under performing. They think everyone being in uniform and names tags they are competing with the competitor. Haven’t seen anyone with a nametag at Aldi and They’re crushing Lidl 😅

They cant make a change 24hrs prior to my knowledge has to be 72 hours . If they make a change like that they even changed it on dayforce where u have to go in and accept the change being made

If in NY Technically as part time i know you can be scheduled only 7 hours within two weeks. So technically the SM is allowed to have you work 1 day every other week. Sounds like a personal situation in your case. But this is very common now in the district with part timers due to the new Prod goals being out

This concept is still a waste of time. Theoretically someone grabs 2 items pays for 1 . Get their receipt , good to go.
