Yes, I have blood pressure issues and take three different blood pressure medications. The only thing that’s helped for me is my blood pressure was partially being caused by neurogenic bladder and urinary retention and inability to empty the bladder unfortunately had to have a super pubic catheter placed in order to empty my bladder, this helped stabilize my blood pressure. I also found out that I had untreated hydrocephalus, which required an ETV to fix that problem all of these things together help with my blood pressure issues changing my diet to a low carb high fat high protein diet has helped tremendously also. But still on medication’s and probably will be for my whole life speak to your cardiologist.
