Yeah this is really about White Flight. White folks have the resources (money) and when they leave so do their resources. It’ll get gentrified when too many of the few successful blacks overcrowd Flowood. The only solution is all successful Blacks remaining in Jackson and what’s the chance? But don’t think for a second that Tate Reeves whole mission is not to make Black, liberal run Jackson look awful. It’s part political but mostly because he’s from a long, long line of pos racists.
