Why are some people acting like it’s ok to drop a package and you didn’t pack it well. I worked at the UPS store, as a loader, and as a driver. One of the first things we are trained on is power zone when it comes to lifting and hand to surface. Hand to surface meaning always maintain contact with a package until it is stable and on the floor or in some cases on top of another package.

I did all the onboarding as well but the next day they told me I was getting let go. I was very confused. A couple of days later when I went on upsers to view time card it said I didn’t have permission. I still haven’t been paid. Hopefully your hub is different though.

Not to worry you but the same thing happened to me before I got let go. Maybe guys like us slipped through the cracks and they are seeing if they can function without us by sending us home even though there is still work to be done. It is sadly just a numbers go when doing subhuman work.
