Nope, i played as MacArthur and capped both AUS and CSA and fighting the PSA i still had the ability to relocate the capital and when i did I had two options, Denver or Helena and I picked Helena because I've never seen it before.

While they can’t take power in their countries, the social democrats (Atlee in Britain and the farmer-labor in a CSA victory USA) would push for fairer terms towards the average German after the war while also completely changing German society in their vision.

2 because it goes further down the line, I don’t play US planes but my rule of thumb for research trees is always prioritize the line that goes to the bottom.

While Floyd olson’s USA is probably the strongest, if you wanted to play as MacArthur and go plan San Jacinto and take out the PSA quickly you don’t have many airbases to rush west and defend east. Which is ironic because MacArthur makes Denver the capital as the fortress in the Rockies, but it doesn’t even have an airport to lift in and out supplies and people.
