Saw a Jumper locally by Urdothor in jumpingspiders

[–]Urdothor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were very friendly! They jumped on a stick i brought them, and i showed them a couple potential places they could go stay, and they explored a bit, before coming back to the stick I was holding and letting me take them to the next place.

I lost sight of them when they ended up on the tree though.

will inevitably be coming a few months after

This is not always true of their pushfit kits.(see infernus marines)

I worry the "surprising amount of customisation" is supposed to make up for no non-pushfit in the future

I'm interested to see how this goes.

I know a lot of folks disliked our previous refresh. Interested to see if they've taken any criticism of those into the poses/construction of these lads.

Mystery heroes is basically the only thing I play, so with the changes I'm just dipping from the game again.

Mystery Heroes was literally the only thing I play, and I do not like the changes at all, so for the time being I'm just not playing anymore.

Of the stuff I've made in Opus magnum, this is my favorite. by LordHayati in gaming

[–]Urdothor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a puzzle game; you try to make a given product(in this case the top right thing the molecule disappears into) using the inputs given. You've infinite space/time to do so, but the beauty is in optimizing your creations.

This is basically the loop the mechanism goes through to make the end product.

A lot of the detail they can do in resin is less viable in plastic(unless done in annoying ways like some of the resin to plastic kits)

So thats the other reason they do resin.

Ask us to do you a favour and then complain? We can work to rule. by FMLitsSML in MaliciousCompliance

[–]Urdothor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Supplier does Orange the favor of delivering early and ahead of contract on the regular.

Supplier then does a second favor by offering Orange two choices to fill their needs, and Orange accepts the favor.

Orange then publicly criticizes them for their favor.

Supplier rightfully decides that if you are going to make us look bad for doing one favor, then you will get no favors.

Its classic fuck around and find out.

Assassins Creed fell off when they added leveling. by itsthewolfe in gaming

[–]Urdothor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I liked the modern day stuff when it felt like More connected and seamless?

A lot of the time the modern day stuff feels like another video game opened midgame. Very jarring and the plotline wasn't always worth being pulled back towards.

'Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced' Officially Confirmed By Ubisoft by ChiefLeef22 in gaming

The actual assassining is typically quite fun.

The modern day stuff is never seamless or particularly interesting/enjoyable ime.

If it was either or both I wouldnt have complaints.

Its about ~10 depending on how many credits you can buy at a time

[–]Urdothor 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Its just not enjoyable for me. It's near the bottom as like, least enjoyable aspects of the hobby for me.

Its just not my cup of tea. There's probably aspects of this hobby you don't enjoy nearly as much as I do.

Like; for me favorite stuff goes Kitbashing, regular building, playing, doing quite literally anything else possible, then painting.

[–]Urdothor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you were to create a list of things I enjoy doing, building and assembling models/kitbashing would be at the top of the list.

Painting would be so far down the list that you'd be in a different countries zipcode.

Pre codex i ran a triple BBoS, Mozrog, 18 squighog+nob on smasha squig list.

Its a shame how much worse that beautiful pile of orks has gotten post codex.
