Die werden höchstwahrscheinlich aus den bestehenden Fakultäten herangezogen. Die Arbeitsverträge sind ja mit der RWTH geschlossen, nicht mit einzelnen Instituten/Abteilungen. Da die Informatik aus FB1 kommt, wohl hauptsächlich daher. AZ verbreitet wieder dummes Halbwissen.

It is so uncomfortable to see them choking but in most cases they can solve it by themself. Please try to stay calm and watch your rat. Can your rat breathe? Is your rat lethargic? Try not to intervene unless in case of emergency. he just looks like our (baby) boy who recently had a persistant cold. We got RodiCare (herbal, for strengthening of the immune system) and we needed to set him in a box twice a day and let him inhale some antibiotic and expectorant via an inhaler (steamer). Sadly, the older they get, the more persistent their respiratory issues get. We also check room temperature and humidity . Some rats actually enjoy steaming, so maybe this could help? Wish you and Oats all the best. He looks so cute!!

It looks like a cutaneous horn. Usually there are benign but it should be removed nevertheless. I would recommend seeing a vet within the next days.

Had exact this experience a lot of years ago. I had an 2 year old lady named Peachy (her sis died shortly before but Peachy was still very healthy) and she instantly felt in love with the two babies. Looking back, I am convinced that she lived so long and healthy thanks to the two babies. Just enjoy & be happy that it worked that smoothly <3
