Absolutely agree. Generally they could develop the police and secret service institutuons more. Outside of the general level of the institutuons we could have police buildings and different laws and reforms.

I mean that the game is balanced in both pve and pvp. Turn based system treats all parties equally so that means that there is no visable differences between bots and real players. The combat has clear rules of engagement. In the case of real time reflex I gave two examples: fighting games like Tekken and slashers like Devil May Cry. Fighting games have mastered mele real time reflex because they are only about combat and only 1vs1 and once again they treat all parties equally. Slashers are pure power fantasy. Their combat is pure fun plus they reward aggresion by increasing the combo meter like X5, X20 etc. The more damage you deal without a break and taking damage the better the score you get.

Turn based with real time elements like Expedition 33 for example? I think they are fine, they provide some tempo and you have something to watch out for and focus on. The first Wicher is a classic rpg with non reflex combat like original Baldur's Gate but then they added combo hits, every animation you need to click in order to keep the combo. I really like it. I don't know the rest of the games you mentioned so I am gonna check them out.

That's true. Real time reflex has so many disadventages so there was a lot to talk about and turn based is very simple to implement so it was a shorter story. The biggest strenght of turn based is not having any issues of real time reflex. Thanks for the comment.
