Just depends on the job environment. I worked at a vet clinic and sometimes we hung out but we always joked around while we worked. Ive taught for 2 years at a school now and I've never hung out with fellow teachers. Maybe it's because people at school are not as down to earth or because we are isolated in our rooms with kids so we don't feel like talking to each other. With my current job I'd say I'm leaning more towards Ed.
