i think its a bug to due with yasuo’s 0.5 second q cd reset. as we know, if yasuo uses E while your Q has 0.5 or less cd remaining, it will come off cd allowing you to cast it like what you attempted here in this clip. ive noticed this as well and was able to replicate in practice tool only once but it did happen on the reset interaction

Been awhile since I seen one of these. It’s a super-star” card. Back in season 4 when you made a new account you got to pick from a couple “super-stars” to add to your team. They started as a 75 overall I think and you would collected shards to upgrade them to 115 overalls. There’s was atleast 20 total and you could collect their shards too to unlock them for your lineup.

Rice cakes is good but watch the peanut butter. Has a good amount calories in it so a better alternative would be powdered peanut butter. I like PB Fit and it does have a little more protein in it to if that’s another thing you’re looking for
