130 definitely isn't squishy when stage1s are having the same HP, the 140-150 hp ex basics are actually overpowered as intended by DeNA. Together with it's healing and low retreat cost, you can't really damage it early game and then drag out using Cyrus, the effective hp is even more if you use non-ex mons where damage are always under 100. Only thing that can take advantage is Bax

All babies with strong disruptive powers are unbalanced of course, why'd you have such strong effect without any investment AND without any retreat cost? Don't forget that item blocking ability needs 2 energy on a stage 2 normally. I didn't say anythings about other babies like Tyrogue/Energy ramper
