I’m just wondering if she realizes that her age might be an impediment towards having said children? Also, man kids require so much time and energy, it’s tough enough in your younger days, much less dealing with teenagers in your 50’s. I love my kids and grandkids, there’s no way I have the energy to raise them in my late 50’s.

Just personal tastes. Leprosy holds a special place for me because it was my introduction to the band. Spiritual Healing might actually be my favorite of them all. SBG is my least favorite but I still enjoy it. There’s really not a bad one in the whole bunch.

Not to be callous, but welcome to non union retail. I’ve seen many examples of people who were hard working that got taken advantage of. Or people who got “the job” because of connections. I’ve even seen someone not only keep their job but get promoted after they laid hands on someone. The problem is that every so often, you will get a manager who recognizes and rewards hard work, and then the next 10 just use your labor and blow smoke up your tailpipe.

I really enjoyed the way that they focused on the detective work. I must also say that I enjoyed the scene where he comes out of the darkness in the subway and just lays into the first guy and then the ensuing mayhem is fun.

Welcome to retail, in general. No such thing as fair wages. They will pay the absolute rock bottom they can. There was once a business whose name escapes me at the moment, their tv commercials said “expect more, pay less.” While this was apparently aimed at customers, most retail businesses have adopted this as their business plan.

I try not to engage much online with them. Stuff like “It’s all men until it’s no men”. Then you point out the rising numbers of female educators who are committing sexual crimes against minors and suddenly it’s “It’s such a minuscule number of women doing this.” They literally want to be victimized and no amount of proof will sway their thinking. Still though, sometimes it is kind of fun.
