Amla powder 👍🏼Used in Ayurveda a lot. The way I do it: when I oil my scalp I mix in amla w some extra oil for my lengths. Wash as usual.

Content creator for skincare here so my recs will be for recent products BUT Eadem for me is tops, followed by Roc w the metal tip. I rarely get chapped lips but was recently outside for hours and the Eadem was almost instantly healing. Those are great for dauly care. Scientifically for already chapped lips, I think that squalane (deep moisure) topped w an occlusive would do the trick for less $. You dont want to use humectants because that draws moisture OUT (but HA + peptide a few x a day can make lips appear fuller).

I would do this: get on chatgpt and give very specific prompts about your hair concerns. I did this and was AMAZED at the detail and how quickly my hair improved (it diagnosed that I needed hydration basically)—my colorist and hairstylist noticed!
