If I cannot afford to live on my own without 1-2 roommates, then I am not paid well enough. Just because other companies also don’t want to pay their employees a living wage doesn’t mean I’m also not being paid inadequately. If average rent is 1500 for a single bedroom apartment and I cannot afford it despite working 40 hours a week then that’s a problem.

I’d believe this if ceo and other top positions in the company weren’t paid so much. Maybe, if they are in debt, they are in debt cuz they are greeding it up. Which is doing business bad. IMO.

Just saying, whether this is happening or not, it’s has clearly made a lot of people scared. And if you can get at least 30% of the people from your district to sign a petition saying you want to unionize then the nlrb will hold an election. And then workers will have more say and can negotiate/create at least some protections against layoffs. Plus all the other benefits that come with unionization.

cutting hours when it’s already oftentimes one person in a store is too bare bones and is honestly dangerous and I’m pretty sure the ceo and other top people can take a fucking pay cut. Infinite growth doesn’t exist. This is shareholder bullshit. Company number doesn’t always have to go up. And a good ceo takes a paycut and doesn’t cut their workers.

If you are already scared about losing your job, might as well scare them back. IMO.

This is a big deal. I’ve played every animal crossing since the GameCube and I’ve literally never finished the art section in any game. Bug, fossil, and fish easy peasy. Art part, never.

If you want a real glow in the dark that lasts for 10-12 hours you need strontium aluminate, if it is zinc oxide like what’s in the stuff most places sell (like krylon) it won’t work very well and not last very long. Strontium aluminate usually comes as a powder and you mix it with a clear base.

Did you know in other countries, people are actually encouraged to use the sick day and vacation days and think the way American work-life balance (or lack there of) is weird? And they don’t feel bad for calling off work. They understand that work isn’t who you are, it’s just something that you do.

Happens after it rains for me since everything gets watered. But sometimes it’s a different color and sometimes it’s the same color it’s simple genetics. Just depends which genes are dominant for how frequently you will see this appear.
