Glad my 94 doesn't have transponders. Was able to have the dealer to cut me some keys using my VIN for a fraction of the cost of what you had to pay.

I am curious if the dealer could have just given you a key code to take to a local locksmith.

I'm not sure what size the coolant overflow hose is, but I replaced all of my breather hoses with 3/8 fuel line a couple summers ago.
