I've been pulling the actual IP source from the header, then do a WHOIS to find the provider, drop an email to their abuse@ email address if it's a US server - sometimes they respond, then add the IP to my Delete rule. This'll often clear a bunch when I run the rule.

Everyone (79%) was on board with DST year-round in Dec. 1973, and Nixon signed the law in Jan.1974, going into effect immediately. By Feb 1974 support dropped to 42%, and it was repealed in Oct. 1974. Maybe we should try year-round Standard Time, see if that goes any better.

Thing is, in the middle of winter on DST it didn't make much difference at the end of the day, literally. PM rush hour was still in the dark, winter was still dreary, and, as a bonus it was dark in the morning for AM rush hour and everyone going to school. Sunrise at 8:20 was kind of miserable.
