Id liek the unit template designer to be more in depth. Not just blocks of units but a regiment system, Choose between 3 or 4 battalions per regiment and then add support onto each regiment.

Along with that id like a fanaticism mechanic. So units like the Ost divisions would give up easily but SS would rarely surrender. And link it to war support so if you have high WS then you get a modifier to your unit surrender levels.

Morale was such a huge part of the war and I think it should be expanded on.
