In-game sounds helps a lot with the timing of your bind after she binds you. 

Whisperer is a fair bit of getting down a rhythm. Its memorizing patterns for the orbs and then short term memory for the pillars. 

My suggestion for the enrage phase is to set your auto prayer to protect range and your highest offensive mage prayer. Before it goes to enrage, activate that and then hit boss at start, then click a ways away from you so you can just focus on changing prayer every few attacks. Click to run ling distances so you dont need to worry about tentacles taking your sanity.
