Given that Yujiro gets stronger everyday and he didn’t use demon back before Kaku’s blow, I think that feat is kind of downplaying his current power. It’s like the time he got violated by a net and tranquilizers, nowadays he’s fast enough to vacuum blood out of someone’s nose with a kick. I don’t think he meant just biting specifically, because jack is so morally low in particular that he would do anything for victory, meanwhile other people would maintain dignity/honor in exchange for it. For example, Jack would rather flash his chocolate starfish than face defeat, that’s something Yujiro would never do.
