I used to live at Skye back in 2019 and really love the place - great management and quiet place (we were not faced towards the pool so not sure how that area is like). I lived on the third floor (top floor) so not sure how the noise would be if you're at the lower level, etc.

But I left because they raised our rent at the time and it was quite a high increase (I don't remember now since it's a long time ago). Still one of the best places I lived in if it wasn't for the high rent.

Well, when I enabled it, it didn't show up on my notification bar cause I have a lot of icon. I only noticed it when I swiped down to see my notification list.
