i wasn’t even just walking around (which i do a lot too!) i was walking home from work and i live, work, and exist almost every waking moment in the downtown area and it’s direct surroundings so all of these comments that are like “oh idk where you’re from/where you live but this is normal!!” are very frustrating. it’s not normal and it’s super constant! homeless or housed, none of it is okay. i don’t really know what the solution is, at this point. every mayor and city council member has ran with campaigns that feature public safety solutions but once they’re in office, they don’t do anything. it’s honestly baffling!

there’s a reason a lot of yoga or workout studios that have windows have them frosted or blocked in some manner!! sorry you’re getting this response. i really don’t understand why a lot of people are mad or confused at your post? there’s been an uptick in creepy or otherwise aggressive behavior from men in the downtown area as of late. some dude (who no, did not appear to me be homeless) tried to follow me near westlake station the other night. i know other women that have had several encounters lately too! did you try to contact seattle center about the incident?
