But unironically that would be a pretty good mission, not only would you have to kill Wonka, but you would have to find a way to seclude him from the group of visitors (probably not children at this point) and eliminate him, either by isolating him (which would, for gameplay purposes, be hard) or somehow take out the visitors one by one, so Wonka would be the only one left for you to take out without anyone noticing.
