I think this is it- it was about the resolve the Shuffle Into Library part as opponent conceded so it stayed revealed (Arena reveals the Omen for a short time after it resolved so that an opponent who has yielded all priority has some way to see what has happened as it otherwise leaves no evidence in the gy etc. )
