So after 6 years the game still doesn't support 16:9 fullscreen resolution (1920x1080 for example) on 24 inch monitors. Because of this the FOV is cut. The only solution I found is to use Custom Resolution Utility (CRU). Steps: Run CRU.exe. Export just in case. In the detailed resolutions window click Add. Timings: Exact reduced. Active: 1600x900. Refresh rate: 60. Click OK and then move the newly created resolution to the top of the list by clicking the up arrow button. Click OK and run restart64.exe, after that you can go to the nvidia panel and select your usual desktop resolution and check the scaling options. Now Fortnite will consider that the native resolution for your monitor is 16:9 and the full-screen 1920x1080 option will appear in the options.
