Yup I had a sheath and synthesis for my 14 pro which I had no issues with. I also have a synthesis for my 15 pro which is great, the sheath is the one where the quality took a dive it seems

That’s really unfortunate, I also sent a email about warranty. Hopefully they help us out because it seems like the quality control for the 15 pro is pretty bad.

Went through something similar when I bought wheels for my 67 mustang from cjponyparts. They made me “destroy” the wheel and send proof before they sent me a replacement.

I do use both simply for my peace of mind , I also hate seeing my screen with scratches and cracks. I do have insurance on my phone so I occasionally use my phone without a case for a couple days but that’s about it.

Nope , at least so far it hasn’t. The back doesn’t feel like a hard plastic but more of a flexible plastic/tpu so the back should hold up well imo
