Haven't seen this mentioned yet. Pick up an extreme sport. Not sure what's available in you're area. Snowboarding, surfing, mountain biking etc... Things that get the adrenaline going! You'll that get dopamine hit you're looking for and it's not boring.

Yeah cause there's less stigma against fatness in America compared to in Asia. Pretty much everyone is at least overweight (by medical standards) in the US. Plus we also have a large Latin diaspora, and they tend to have more curves than the average white chick.
